Our goals here at Rhinebeck.info is to keep as cutting edge as possible, as well as what’s important and what is really not needed on a business web site. I have been down this road before but lets keep in mind the viewer, less is always more, and making pages somewhat interesting is always a plus to keep a visitor/customer coming back.
Large sites unless you have to show a lot of product that is new, doesn’t always have to be on 20-30 pages of design. This may be different if your a department store, but getting some of the highlights of what your business is about is the most important issue in designing a business site. I HIGHLY recommend you have a welcome/ mission statement/ or new product video. This can be done with images and your voice or we voice over for you. Carefully worded text that draws the viewer in, and gives the search engines what it needs, but not overly repeating as well.
Bio page is important as well a nice gallery of product or business images.
Twitter,Tumblr, also 2 tools to go along with blogs (off site) work very well in today’s online social media world. Think highly about adding tweets each day, multiple times and target areas to try to find people to follow your business. 2010 Twitter will be bigger than it is now!

As we try to grow our business, I’m always thinking of ways to provide a quality web design plan with just the right about of bells and whistles and the right features for that particular business.
Later in the month as we get closer to the holidays I will come up with that plan , sort of like the Slider Plus 3 Plan that is available now at Rhinebeck.info , $195year.. a cool slider design, free hosting……. I think I will continue with this plan for the rest of the year, but frankly, how can one have a custom design, HOSTED, and also promoted on Rhinebeck.info year round. and to boot if you don’t have a domain name already we give you a sub domain…. yourbusinessname.villageofrhinebeck.info .
I really offered this plan for a second site for local businesses to further enhance their internet presence online and have a local domain with a place for special sales or announcements etc…
